Pay extra for the upgraded rooms. This is a dated property. The rooms dont really look like the pics on the website. This was very close to the train station and several dinner options close by. Any staff that I came in contact with was wonderful. Not sure I would stay again. Not anything bad, I would just try other places.

Location is close to places that i like. And the facility is MRT away from Makati ( Ayala), Megamall, Trinoma and North Edsa. And a ride away from MOA and BGC.

Kabayan ok for a night if early morning flight.

Kabayan is good only for location but lot to be desired in everything else. No air-conditioning in hallways and room ac very poor. Hot water tap need to be open for half an hour wasting water to get hot water. Maintainance is very poor and much to be desired.
