Kabayan ok for a night if early morning flight.

Kabayan is good only for location but lot to be desired in everything else. No air-conditioning in hallways and room ac very poor. Hot water tap need to be open for half an hour wasting water to get hot water. Maintainance is very poor and much to be desired.

Staff are great, from check in to dining, to security guards, all wonderful! Very convenient to transportation, on major thoroughfare, jeeps, buses, and bus terminal across the street, via walk bridge. Designated pick up location for taxi and Uber/Grab.

What a worst experience. Our bed and chairs was very old and has cracks. The bathroom is old and has molds everywhere.

Carpets in the hallways too old, bad smelling. Refrigerator in the room too old and moldy, towels too old could be mistaken as rugs. It’s noisy kept my husband up all night😢
