Brilliant location for the massive mall and entertainment complex. Great staff and extremely clean. The negatives for me ended up costing much more than advertised on hotel.com and no double bed just a twin.

Had a very enjoyable stay with great staff service, new beddings and towels, provide extra pillow and robes, unique modern architectural and interior room design. Top notch location and delicious breakfast buffet. Will definitely come back again. Areas for improvement: Toilet cubicle has a startling squeaky door and no functioning exhaust fan. Provide better quality durable hangers.

Exceptional Place for a foreign traveler.

Growing up in the US, I compared how this hotel was = A++ except that a lot of the drinks and food served at the bar/pool area is a little bit expensive. But that's understood because the place is pretty much on a higher end or scale.

The hotel is new and comfortable. We were not very keen on the glass doors for the shower and toilet, though, which did not give privacy to whoever was using it and was a bit of a nuisance, disturbing whoever was still in bed if the lights and water tap were turned on, especially in the shower. I noticed a red, hard sweling on my thigh when I had a shower on the first morning, and I realised that I might have been bitten by an insect, as I recalled picking up one of my pillows from the floor, which had obviously fallen in the middle of the night. The staff were very concerned when I told them about the "bite" on my thigh and showed them a photo I took that morning. They made sure they noted details down and apologised to me for the "inconvenience."
