I like the location close to everything . Staff are courteous and friendly ! Need more help in moving luggages when checking out . Very little help in luggage assistance . Aside from that , everything is acceptable ! Staff on the first floor and the door person on the 4th floor are very nice !

Great hotel

We stayed for 8 nights.. check-in process was easy, i even received a call from reception asking if they could deliver a welcome drink to the room. Because the hotel was fully booked on the first 2 nights i checked in, i was given a “connecting room”. i could completely hear the other guests’ conversations through the connecting door which didn’t allow me to have any sleep since they were making so much noise at 4am. When i told the receptionist she apologised and asked me if she could get back to me after 1pm for the room change. Once my room was changed everything was smooth sailing from there, room was always clean whenever we came back from going out and staff were always smiling and happy to assist. We really enjoyed our stay.

location is accessible or connected to the malls and very covinient to get around shopping and eating. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The have plenty tv channels but it should be better if they have youtube and netflix channel. Other than that the over all experienced was outstanding.

The rooftop experience was very good between the pool and the edge bar with food makes the experience better and different from other hotels. The water cooling stations on each floor outside the rooms is also better than just providing 2 bottles per room. The breakfast definitely needs more choices and coffee roast / beans are very weak a medium roast would be a better middle ground for all.
