Our bed was warn out. Food was awful. Got travelers dairea after the second day. Was scammed by the horse and carriage driver, charged us 3 times the quote. Watch out for being over charged at the airport by the taxi’s. The government is aware of this and condones it. Should only cost 200 tp 300 pessos between terminals. Not 1200. Manila to me is simply one big dumpster. We decided to go to bagio . It is much cleaner.. good luck here your going to need it.

One of the affordable but better places to stay. Food options very limited since the theme park closes at 6 & so do the restaurants. Also can get very noisy being attached to the park and crowded trying to get in. Pool needs major renovation and doesn’t really have a place to relax or lounge chairs. Odd setup. Some rooms are a little run down whereas others are more updated. Big downside was the bayside view window rooms. Our windows were dirty and scratched & it was like that at most of the view points in the hotel, making it really unpleasant and not able to see out. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel H2O is definitely meant for children and their families. The ocean park and its events are very much geared towards young children. The restaurants are more like fast food, with many being full of fried things. There weren’t a lot of restaurants around the area outside of the ocean park. We had an aqua room. When we arrived, we went into our room to discover a crack in the sink and one in the bathroom counter. No matter what temperature the room was set, there was a pervasive cold damp feeling in it. I joked to my husband that there must be a ghost haunting our room. I was only warm when I doubled the blanket over myself, otherwise the heat I managed to generate quickly left me. The walls were ridiculously thin. We could hear everything, from both walls of our neighbors. The first night, my husband said he woke up around midnight, to a kid and his parents excitedly talking about their room. The second and final night, I laid in bed awake until sometime after 11:30, because the other side’s neighbors had their tv blaring and were laughing and playing games loudly. Breakfast was something we had paid for, but left something to be desired. There weren’t many options outside of bread, and the eggs had a greenish tint and hadn’t been fully cooked in places. On our way out, we were asked to wait for five minutes while they checked the room. Thirty minutes later, when I asked about it, they had forgotten about us. We took the unbroken elevator down and happily moved on.

Absolutely wonderful and Unique expereinece. I had the Aqua Room whoch had a large fishtank. different types of fish would swim by and i couldnt help but just sit and watch.

Very disappointed that the restaurants closed so early. We went down to eat at the various restaurants, and all were closed by 7:00 PM. Had to order food online and have it delivered. Staff should ensure guests know that they won't get to eat dinner at the hotel. Put a damper on our trip; I was looking forward to a nice dinner.

The fish tank in the room is very cool (be aware that fish can swim past into other rooms although you can’t see or hear other rooms)! The bed is comfy and the amenities are nice (kettle and fridge in room). Be aware: It is a long hike to the room and the area around the hotel is a bit rough.
