When it comes to requesting incomplete things such as robes, new phone, the staff will respond but the delivery time is slow. We had requested to change the linens verbally but one of the staff said we still need to put the green card on top of the bed. Overall, ok experience.

Clean, comfy, friendly hotel. Lots of things to do nearby. Overall part of city is clean as well! They charged me 1500p for breakfast everyday when they initially said it would be 1000p. So that was very annoying. Also the room smelled a bit mildewy.

Really love this hotel, location, the staff, the room’s great too especially coz we got an upgrade. One of the 3 elevators was out of service so a little bit of a wait to get on one.
