The room was very nice and clean with a great view especially at night. Rooftop bar and restaurant are a plus. Staff was fantastic and super nice and polite. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Philippines.

Property and facility is amazing - well kept. Dining selection is not as grand as other top tier hotel I have stayed in. Food was good and decent no complain there’s. Just not as extensive selection for buffet. Staff was super friendly and amazing.

Grand Hyatt BGC is by far my favorite place now to stay while I’m in Manila. The staff and service was top notch and not to mention the facilities were excellent and clean. The breakfast Buffet was excellent with almost all the cuisines that my husband and I love. They were additionally very accommodating knowing my husband had recently had surgery. It is a 20/10 for us! See you soon GH!
