The location is good as it is near several malls and grocery areas and the airport. The facility is quite old. The floor tiles are off and the room have some stains and dust. I got allergies from the dust. Thanks to the staff who are very professional and accommodating.

We arrived after 13 hour flight, tried to check in around 8am with our 2 year old. They charged us a full room rate checking in 4 hours early. Very disappointed

Half the shower door was missing, the bathroom was flooding, the trash can was not empties prior to our arrival, half if the power outlet did not work.. the staff is friendly but the facility is terrible..

The staff was very friendly and professional, if there were any issues, they would address it quickly. The rooms have very cold air conditioning and the restaurants and bars are of very good choice. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting for the first time.

My mom had previously stayed at this hotel and she definitely wanted to stay again. This is a upscale hotel with lavish designs and amenities. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful with anything you need! The breafast buffet is incredible with various options for food and beverages! And the Mall of Asia is within walking distance! Overall, highly recommend and would stay here again!
