Great location, room is spacious, amenities are good and staff very friendly and helpful. We felt safe as two girls traveling. Had a few hiccups with room but they attended to this quickly and efficiently. Building is a little older but would stay here again.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in Manila. 1. Room has a consistent moldy smell 2. Coffee was never refilled although it’s complimentary. 3. WiFi service never worked although I was given 2 passcodes for 6 devices I only have 5 devices. 4. Check-in/Check-out staff were unhelpful and gave scripted responses instead of actually trying to help you. 5. The Gym is smaller than the room 6. The room has 3 wardrobes and 6 hangers 7. Complimentary toiletries were discarded by the staff and never refilled. 8. House keeping never came, even after requesting twice 9. Breakfast was not refilled, many dishes unavailable during busy hours. The only good thing about the hotel is the friendly waiters at breakfast that made our stay tolerable. Seda hotel is a far superior choice nearby for similar price.

Pool area was nice with restaurant, main pool was raised on the side, with seating facing a wall so not very usable. Kids pool and sauna were nice but cant really swim in that. Pool staff was a bit slow as was the food. Location was just ok

Accommodation with breakfast for two is ok, but if you'll pay for breakfast for an extra person, like if you have a guest, is so not worth the P 1,700!!! Otherwise, will definitely stay at this hotel again, very convenient location and worth the price.

Only stayed one night but what a great stay with a beautiful room and amazing service. We arrived at 2am and the front desk reception was more than willing to hold our luggage before we were able to check in at 2pm. All staff was friendly and plenty to do within walking/scooter distance. My advice is download the Moovr app since they’re so cheap to rent and you can ride around most of the BGC area, which made it a lovely experience

5 Day Business Trip
Business trip. The staff were great, but I had issues with a leaky shower which I reported but still wasn’t fixed. They hotel need to more flexible for international travellers who arrive in the early hours, the hotel were very inflexible about checking in early after an 18hr journey to get to Manila. Also not all the lifts were working which delays getting in and out of the hotel. Another guest told me that a person got stuck in one of the lifts for an hour (but I don’t know this for sure). The staff were great but the hotel needs some TLC/new paint/a good clean in places. It is however in a good location and if the above were fixed I would stay again as staff were professional, attentive and helpful.

It seems the property was a wonderful place to stay when it was brand new. But it needs a refresh since the furniture in my suite was tired-looking and worn. I was disappointed in the laundry service since it was late and they didn’t iron my dress shirts. The staff was nice and friendly and I am amazed at the chef’s selection of wonderful dishes in the room service menu.

the room was clean cool and comfortable. walking distance and good value. cons: long wait for elevator also i had a mini scare because i thought my bags i had held were stolen because it took them almost 1 hour for them to locate and drop it off in my room. i had to go down and grab it myself.
