Perfectly located Hotel, choice of several restaurants, serving good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Room service choices and prices are very reasonable and the actual service is definitely 5 star! The hotel is located next to several shopping malls with an endless choice of shops and food eateries. This 5 star hotel is excellent value for money!

The managers are great from Betcha to Annie help a lot. Martie always there to help & the crew. The only issue I have is Eli in front desk. They need to train this person. She’s not very helpful. Otherwise, everyone are great! Thx for a lovely stay.

I just didn’t like that they didn’t honor my vip perks from expedia, free parking but no available spot so we paid for the valet. I paid a lot for my spa service at Devarana, not worth of my expectations :(

Great location. Bed is not that comfortable. Shower water pressure was terrible. Breakfast was not good, has become poor after previous visits, poorly cooked, hot things were cold which is a health risk. Poor service, I can remember when it was awesome.

its old and dated dimly lit bathroom avg room at a premium price. Bell boy told me I couldn't take my 6ft fishing rod carrier i just flew in with on the airplane to the room he insisted the hotel would keep it in "Storage" there is over 10kusd in that case I said nicely no I want that with me in my room he told me it was to big and wouldnt fit up the elevator (lie) I took it from his hands and got in the elevator it fit fine the woman manger came and was disrespectful sh told me (If I break anything i will pay for it) I said ok thats fine and normal. all this un need chaos ove a fishing rod carrier that went thru security and passed no danger no threat just a power hungry bus boy and a slow niave manager tring to keep up never again dusit thani

All the switches the plug stuff into didn't work they're very old the hotel needs to be tore down and rebuilt it's very very old. But there's nothing wrong with old but if you're not going to maintain it properly to where the people that stay there don't have access to be able to plug in your phones or their laptop because everything is not working that's an issue in the ironing board when we plugged that in it sparked and almost caused a fire and I won't even get into that it took us 4 hours to get towels after we checked in
