My only complaint is the shower floor. There is no good barrier when you take a shower, with the drainage not working so good, the water gets to the bathroom floor and it’s wet all over.

The staff was wonderful and very attentive. However, your building has many cracks in the structure that could prove detrimental with continued weathering they may compromise the integrity of the structure. This should be addressed. Your structure is also in need of major power washing

The air conditioning in the room did not work well and the fan barely produced any air. I called maintenance and the guy told me they had installed low speed fans and it was working as good as it could. I have been in commercial air conditioning for 50 years and they could have at least made up a better story. this was a total fabrication. This facility could save substantial energy cost by doing proper air conditioning maintenance.

Fantastic stay at the Dusit Thani in Manila, the hotel is very secure with security at the front, scanning bags and people on entry. Reception is friendly and welcoming, I arrived early at 11am and they really made the effort to call housekeeping to see if by chance any rooms were ready. Housekeeping were so friendly, greeting guests whenever we passed. Room was spacious and clean. Nice pool and gym area.
