Tranquil and comfortably safe place. Your only issue is your front desk people, who need much training and guidance. Please improve greeting guests as if special items. During my check-in, a lady in the morning didn't even say good morning, which is a simple thing to do. I was tired and had no sleep from travel, and yet no conversation uplifting my mind. Worst was looking at me as if "Why did you come this 7 am early? Knowing the check-in is at 2 pm per the hotel's rule. Thank you.

Excellent hotel!

Check in process was quick with a very friendly and professional front staff. Rooms were clean and very good-excellent condition. They used glass water bottles with refillable shampoo, hand soap, body lotion dispensers and I applaud them for that. Toilet was Toto with bidet. Checkout was just as seamless. Front desk was also excellent at responding back for an item I left at the hotel. Excellent.

It was an amazing hotel and room was awesome. But I would have preferred a higher level rather than Lvl 1 as for what I paid (over AUD600) per night, I had expected a better view. Also, the receptionists that served us aren't as friendly and approachable as the ones at Hyatt (stayed for 3 nights).

Beautiful Hotel in all aspects.

Beautiful place to stay. The hallways and our room smell so clean , ALL DAY !!! The poolside is so beautiful . Checking in and checking out were so smooth and fast . All the staff are so polite and accommodating. To top these all, our room was upgraded to poolside upon checking - in at no extra cost. Definitely, i’ll stay in this hotel if I come back to the Philippines.

Probably the best hotel experience in Manila

Probably one of the best if not the best properties in Manila, the staff starting from the security people, the concierge staff, the amazing reception staff and throughout the entire hotel and related services of the hotel and City of Dreams Manila complex, all were more than amazing, welcoming, their hospitality is immaculate. Rooms were perfect, all was clean and tidy, coulndt see one thing that wasn't flow less. Highly recommended hotel, ill definitely come back in my next visit!!
