It was a bit hassle during check-in coz the front desk has to ask all the id’s of all the people who will check in and has to sign one by one and it took time coz i took 3rooms. We just came from a very long trip, my parents that are seniors were dizzy and needs to rest but they have to wait. The housekeeping staff were nice and also the servers during breakfast were nice, friendly and helpful.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days when I wanted to extend one more night one of the staff wanted to charge me 4.8k which is twice as much from my old stay , she said the room I’m staying in is not available anymore that’s why price is higher they need to move me to a different room. Then I ask my husband about it he booked me online and I got the same rate like my previous stayed and I get to keep the room I have . Front desk staff wanted to be overcharged me for extra night . Be careful and aware .

This used to be my favorite hotel, but it is not as good as before. Seems to be a lack of staff, and the breakfast is mediocre now. And there are no cable channels anymore. You have to have a subscription to one of the smart TV channels. I was very disappointed, and my guest noticed the difference to. I won't book this hotel anymore.

Hotel is conveniently located with easy access to almost everything. 1 block from a church, 2 blocks from US embassy, 2 blocks from the mall 2 blocks from the park and surrounded by restaurants, cafe and convenience stores. It’s also easily accessible to transportation. The buffet breakfast had good selection. Had lunch at the cafe twice and food was delicious. Cafe staff and housekeeping/ bell hop were very friendly and accommodating. They need to improve their booking process as the first room given to me was an extension of a family suite which is very small with no window. I have to insist that, that was not the one shown when I booked the room. I ended up in a PWD accessible room. Unfortunately, there’s a water leaking under the sink. Maintenance personnel came but said that none could be done at that time as the water leakage was not coming from the sink. This was also reported to staff at the reception area. Other than the Room accommodation and leaking bathroom , I’m happy with my stay. Will surely book again next time I’m in Manila.

I had my Fiance, mother in law and my baby boy stay here while doing their medical exam at St.Lukes. The place was nice and clean, breakfast is really good, staff is friendly. The hotel is near the clinic and embassy. I am extremely happy with the place and so were they. For the price it is the best option. I will be booking for her here again for her embassy interview. Very happy overall

We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the US Embassy. The location is not good for walking around since there are bums and beggars every 10 feet. The rooms are old and outdated and the wifi barely works. The food was mediocre and expensive. When they brought our first meal we were surprised at how small the portions were. Especially for the price. The shower was nice and the room fairly large (we had the family room). I would not recommend the hotel even though the staff was very nice. Our housekeeper was great.
