This property was very close to my family. I like this hotel, it's clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. From my understanding, Makati Avenue is a great place to stay for those who want to go "bar hopping." May foreigners here do that.

I have stayed on this property at least five times in the last four years and I'm happy to stay the service is getting better. This is particularly true of their restaurant, which has seen a marked improvement in food quality.

Convenient stop off with a decent bed and quiet room. Bathroom was kept clean and good air conditioning. The staff were really helpful and provided good service. Accessible to transport (grab/taxi) allowing you to reach further. Has a bar/restaurant and the breakfast facilities are popular. The gym was a useful addition with plenty of stations although infrequently used. Laundry service was convenient saving you going outside. The location is in easy reach of a large number of bars, clubs and restaurants, yet, I avoided many of the side streets in the area. The area does have a vibrant nightlife until the early hours and you can find restaurants in the area open 24 hours.

The best thing about the hotel would be the friendly and helpful team of staff, including Gael from the front desk and Phebie, CJ, and Jessy from the Bistro. However, there is no service elevator, so it is usually a very long waiting time for the elevators.

Each time we are in Manila we always stay here in City Garden Makati because we feel like home, specially the food that they serve in breakfast, and not only that, that staff that works in the dining are so helpful and ver attentive to our needs, I would like to mention the people that help us to make our stay easy are Queeny, Fhebie, Tojean, CJ , Neil, Cruze, Keith, Chef Gerald and Chef Jojo for the delicious food they prepare each day. And also our door man, Benson and the rest, couldn’t memorize all the names but they are all friendly and helpful!! We feel safe here because know some of the staff already. We will definitely stay here again. This time we stayed here for the whole month of February And we also invited our friends to stay here with us and they also liked it here!! Good job City Garden hotel staff!!!👏👏👏
