Amazing stay See had issue with original room. Automatically upgraded free to Deluxe room with full city view and very very big bed. Food good(breakfast) but could do bring warmer .some was cold. But in all amazing hotel .staff n reception 100%will book again

This really is the best central makati hotel and my go-to for every visit. Rooms are clean, restaurants are good, very convenient location, plenty of local shopping and night life, zero bs. I also find for the money it's the best value going. If you want cheap janky digs, go elsewhere. City grand is absolutely the best value and experience going.

The property was well maintained. Staff was beyond helpful with any request. The views from the rooftop pool and restaurant were amazing. Plenty of food options within walking distance and a small mall 3 minutes walking distance away that had more restaurants and a grocery store. Great place. I will definitely be back when I visit the Phillipines again next year.
