Good city break , amazing roof top restaurant and pool. Food and alcohol reasonably priced. A lot of traffic in the area so bear in mind for airport timings.

Only thing that was irritating at times and unavoidable was the waiting of elevator. Since the Firefly roof deck bar and resto was so popular elevator traffic is high, and wait time sometimes was lengthily. Maybe designate one elevator to guest and visitors to go to Roof Deck and the other two elevators for hotel guest with rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just as advertised clean and comfortable. Some people complained about the slow elevators but calling ahead of time to see when peak hours are for the hotel will help you avoid those times, but I didnt have an issues getting on and off the elevator at all. There is a easy to access front door if you are taking a cab and they can park and front and load and unload and they staff will bring your bags in for check in and also to your room if you wish. I would highly recommend staying here and will stay again in the future.
