Convenient after a long flight.
Perfectly adequate hotel very close to the airport - no taxi needed, just cross the covered walkway from T3. Just be aware that the rooftop bar and pool are very noisy (planes and road traffic), and there is no view up there to speak of due to cordoned off vegetation all around the perimeter.

I called on the morning of my wife's departure from the hotel, and staff misinformed me about her status. We called the room and there was no answer, but I was incorrectly told that she had not checked out (to catch a flight). This caused great worry until I called back again and was properly informed that she had indeed checked out, and all was well.

This is a great hotel that you can walk to from the airport Terminal 2 and 3. If you are coming in to Terminal 1 you cant walk here. The offer a shuttle service to and from the hotel and its very reasonably priced. Use the hotel service not the taxi's outside the airport. Airport taxi's over-charge you.

Everything was great! The only exception and this seems to be a common theme in the Philippines was that the electrical sockets are in poor condition. We had use a lamp to keep our charges in the socket. Very loose connection. They all need servicing.

Cost of 1 night stay was quoted at checkin disk. Sounded quite expensive so I sat down and booked on hotels.com. I got a room for half of what was quoted! Room was quite comfortable, but a bit on the small size, maybe. About 16m2. You are paying for convenience here, not value for money cf Philippine prices. I’d rate it as adequate for one night layover.
