A total SCAM. I've never had to clean my room and take photos of it before checking out. Only because of how much I did not trust this hotel. When I first arrived I tried to extend my stay for one extra day. The staff let me know it it would cost more than what I paid online. I said it was ok and wanted to charge my card so I can secure the room. For some reason there was push back and they did not want to charge my card. Instead they let me know to come the next day before 11am so they can charge the card then. I arrived to the front desk at 11am and talked to the same person that I chatted with when checking in. She let me know that it was fully booked and there were no rooms left. Of course, I was upset and understand these things happen. She then told me to book online. This was where lost trust in this establishment. She just told me the hotel was fully booked and then 1 minute later, she told me to book online. How does booking online open up a room? I then looked online and saw that the price had tripled from the price she told me the night before. That's when I realized it was a total SCAM and why she refused to charge my card the day I checked in. Also, it says airport shuttle - TOTAL LIE THERE IS NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. Easier and cheaper to download the Grab app. A greedy establishment would not recommend it. Nothing near by and eerily empty with vacant resturaunts and shops. Take my word and go somewhere else.

This could be a five star property, but they seem to get cheap on the little things that would really make a difference. No towels at the pool, which I guess is fine as the water is too cold to swim in anyway, no towels or wipes in the fitness center to wipe down the sweaty equipment after use, and no drinking water there either, charging about 10 times the going rate to arrange an airport shuttle...just to name a few.

The property was very nice. The pool under the stars was great. The front desk staff was not the kindest we have encountered. If you want to eat at the restaurant, the food was great, but make sure you're aware that you can't put it on your room and they only take cash. Breakfast had a big assortment and is worth a few extra dollars.

Beautiful Hotel

This place was very nice! The images looked exactly like how it did in person. It was in a spot where it's close to the airport and to malls. But the rooms were nice and spacious and the bathroom was very nice too. It is a pretty massive hotel but they took good care of you. They had a restaurant inside of the hotel but all they served was Chinese food really. So if that wasn't your style you were kind of out of luck. Also, the transportation to and from the airport was ridiculously expensive. They charge 3000 pesos per way, when getting your own taxi cost about 300. So I recommend just doing that instead since they 10x the price.

Great place! I booked two nights before a trip to Tokyo Japan. Loved the place so much that I booked another two nights when returning to Manila. My wife and step son decided to stay with various extended family while we spent an additional week in Manila. I chose to keep my comfortable room at Bay Prime and returned there nightly after spending the day visiting family and friends. I’d definitely stay here again.
