This has been a great stay. Upon check in, we were greeted with a great staff. They answered questions and engaged my kids in details of their day. The staff member Michael gave excellent recommendations for dinner and it was an easy check in. Only part odd was I received a message the day of that there is a security deposit due at check in and it takes some time to get back. It was only 75 dollars which isn’t much but wasn’t communicated before so be aware. Room was great with clean sheets and nice air conditioning. I was so surprised in the size of rom for New York as well! Refrigerator works great for left overs and there is even extra towels already in closet, which is beyond the normal in bathroom. I am so pleased with this selection and the staff.

Not worth the price. Even though its Manhattan you would expect that for paying that much at least the room would be decent. Not staying again.

The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it.

Before covid they had coffee makers in the room. Now they don't and Covid-19 has been over for a couple of years. They need to bring it back.

The bed was uncomfortable & had a well worn divot making it lumpy. $75 charge for early check in, which I have never encountered at other area hotels. A bit stodgy & extremely slow moving elevators.

The carpet need deep cleaning. There’s a moldy smell as soon as you get out of the elevator.
