it took 3 diff rooms until we got the keys working, no ice machine, no soap/shampoo in room, internet stops working too weak a signal JUST NO MAINTENANCE AND STAFF IRRITATED WITH THE ISSUES - KNOW IT BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO NEED ICE FOR MY MEDICATION - IT TOOK SPECIAL EFFORT TO GET TWO ZIPLOG BAGS FILLED - NO CUSTOMER ACCESS

The room was dirty. We had to block up the drains because we had a cockroach come out of one. The hotel feels unsafe but we had an uneventful night. The whole lobby area could use tidying and sprucing up, feels cluttered. Mattresses were uncomfortable. We left without showering because the room felt so sketchy. Never staying at a Super 8 again. Pictures on internet looked so much better. Very decieving.

Overall, our stay was very good. Just keep in mind that this hotel is old. It does need updating. But the rooms are well stocked and supplies and overall it was a decent stay for the price.
