Mattress could be more comfortable also there were lack of sockets next to bed for charging your phone(to be fair there was none).Otherwise great place to stay, relaxing and spacious environment,lovely bathroom with bath tub and large mirrors. In addition blackout curtains very convenient to rest well after any travel related time changes.

Second stay at this hotel. Disappointed this time to be placed in noisy bedroom on the first floor. We were woken up several times by the noise from Portland street. As we stayed on a relatively quiet Monday night, we were disappointed to have been allocated a noisy room. The hotel was not fully occupied. Also prior to our visit, we were not pre warned about water supply turning off at 9am on the Tuesday morning.
