Hotel staff were great,due to the bad weather and flight cancellations the Hotel was very busy and restaurant was running with refuced menu,due to habing to feed all the extra people.but all done with care and a smile,well done

Room nice but not well insulated, woken by toilet in next room and doors banging. Bar completely overwhelmed as busy with weather and flight cancellations so unable to get a pint! Pitty because otherwise would have been a reasonable stay

lack of directions
The lack of signage from the airport made it very hard to find, and i ended up walking on dangerous roadsides with my 8 year old son to try to find it, there was only one sign to follow signs to terminal 2 and when we got there, there was no sign of the hotel so ended up using google maps to follow on street level with big lack of pedestrian ways.
