The location is in the city centre and its an easy walk to different places of interest. Reception is usually good. Though I've had someone help carry my bag to the room and tell me my bags shouldn't be that heavy. The room is a bit dated but clean. The spa, hot tub and pool are nice. Will stay here again.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in!!
The room and spa facilities were incredible. Very relaxing atmosphere throughout. My swim session was the highlight. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!
