The spa area and pool were nice and clean just wished they had a Jacuzzi. There was extensive work being done to the building which was noisy. We were told they didn’t start work until after 10am, which wasn’t the case they started drilling just after 9am and I thought at one point they were going to come through the ceiling. It would have been nice to of been told about the work being done at the time of booking, not when we got there. It wasn’t a very relaxing stay! The rooms were tired looking and not that clean. After checking into the room I like to have a cup of tea and relax, there was only one tea bag so we had to share and the noise was unbearable.

Reasonable room, unfortunately they are doing building works which we were not made aware of before arriving so had to listen to what sounded like drilling right through our room wall for an hour. However if going to Manchester arena for a concert excellent place to stay. Lucky if it took us 2 minutes to walk there. Parking across with a discount for hotel guests. Would definitely stay again

The staff were absolutely amazing they could not have done more :) unfortunately with the renovations we should not have had 2 pay the amount we did,we had 2 leave the hotel for dinner as the menu was so limited and hardly any beer options at a very high price. Also i would reconsider yere pool times for kids. I could not fault breakfast at all it was top class,and when requested more towels there was no issue.great location and the pool was lovely :) If we come back 2 manchester i would stay again. It was a quiet room with a comfortable mattress. Friendly, helpful staff. However, I had to bring to the attention of reception some few tiles, by the side of the shower, that could pose a slippery risk hazard as they were loose, and the grout around them had gone. The toilet bin was covered in rust. I could mention a few other things but I feel those were the main inconveniences. I hope this will be sorted for the next customer. I'm not sure about having another stay in the future.

Monster jam stay

Was a lovely stay so close to arena...literally 6 mins from hotel. Clean comfortable room. 10min walk to printworks and arndale centre for food and shopping. Breakfast (last min choice to have) wasnt great at all and NOT worth £32 for 2 adults and a child. Should have found more local alternative.

I recently stayed at Park Inn by Manchester and had a disappointing experience. After traveling, I informed staff that I needed a peaceful night to rest, but the next morning I was abruptly disturbed by loud maintenance work without prior notice. This completely disrupted my rest and even gave me a headache. Clear communication about such activities is essential, and this lack of in-person notice severely affected my stay. I expected a higher level of service from the hotel. Very disappointing.

The receptionist was great, however the room was not. The shower was very poor and no pressure. Also the heating didn’t work and our smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag which is against health and safety regulations. I made a complaint and was advised a manager would call me, which hasn’t happened. I have pictures of this and will send it to the health and safety regulators.
