It was great. Nice quaint change from a premier inn. Room was small but it was reasonably priced so no complaints. Only issue was a cleaning lady coming in in the morning at 9am when we were still in bed but sure it was just a silly mistake!

So traveling from Canada. I was there for 1 week convention. Hotel is well situated in st peters square less then 5 min walk to convention centre big plus !! Hotel has competetive prices compared to surrounding competitors. It is clean and modern no complaint there. Check in without any hassle. While staying, late october, weather was nice so many people outside so friday/saturday night was a little noisy due to local spot with terrace close ( you are warned) With colder months ahead, i doubt this being an issue. Rooms are fine but very small, no microwave, paper cups for coffee, nothing to iron your clothes, must get it from reception. Come on Motel one, you can do better !? On another note, had breakfast there once and only once. Very pricey for what i consider a be Continental breakfast for those who are familiar with the term. Also, i had planned to spend mornings working in the lounge area (quite comfy) but the staff had decided otherwise by starting cleaning the coffee machine...really 10 AM....come on Motel One...all my morning coffees and breakfast went next door to Black Sheep coffee shop. Other than that... Would I return ?..most likely, istill had a good time. Hope this helps someone I understand reviews are subjective but these are my real honnest comments.

Nice place to stay
Nice place to stay. Room was on the small side but as i was on my own it was ok. Shower was good. Hairdryer was surprisingly good!! The bar downstairs was really nice. Friendly staff on check in and behind the bar. My only criticism would be that there are no usb ports in the room and the mirror isnin a silly place. I would add photos but it won't let me upload 🙄
