In the first few days of my stay, the card reader in the lift wasn’t working properly creating a chaotic situation where guests couldn’t get to the floor of their room and the staff at the front desk need to come to lift to help guests access their rooms. The issue was fixed after two days.

I was in Manchester for a family reunion and the area in St Peters Square is perfect for all transport around the city, great for shopping bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the hotel bar is very nice

Only previously stayed in the othe Motel One hotels in Manchester. Booked late so paid £140/night. The rooms are smaller than the other hotel, but of good quality and clean. The big issue we had was that at night, wr put the aircon on at 21C. I woke up during the night because the room was very hot. As i couldn't get back to sleep, i got up, noticed that the aircon was off and put it back on. When the room cooled down i got back to sleep. About 3 hour later, both my wife and i woke up again very hot, the aircon had gone off again. It was switched on again, couldn't get back to sleep. After approx 2 hours, i noticed that the aircon went off again. This spoilt what would have been a great weekend, very tired with a 125 mile to drive home.
