Stayed for one night as attending a concert. Straight across road from train station. Upon arrival to check in greated by friendly reception team who advised of facilities in hotel. We were located on the 7th floor. Room really nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Not great. I booked a comfort room as it was meant to be bigger but it appeared to be the same size as a normal room I'd previously booked. Everything in the room appears to be designed to be annoying. The TV was unplugged and the ariel cable was not attached. Both these are behind the TV which was attached to the wall so difficult to get behind. I would also recommend dusting the back of the TV when leaving bits unplugged. The table was the other end of the room from the mirror. The mirror had a rail for clothes next to it so blocked the mirror. The side of the bed near the window had no side table or surface to put anything on. There was no storage and minimal suface area. The hairdryer was the kind that you have to hold the button in to keep on but that kept going off. The hand soap container broke as soon as I tried to use it. Just generally disappointing. Just to be clear though, the staff were friendly and polite and the bar area is nice.

To be hobedd at y it was confirms le and clean but we found it expensive for what it was. The room was ehss as t id call Premier Inn standard and there’s nothing wrong with premier inn - but they are a X lot chess as per than this was!

Convenient for train station but 20 min walk from main restaurant and bar area. Easy to get uber though. Very over priced, room similar to travelodge, small, overlooked by people working in offices in close proximity, no usb charge points for phone. Nice shower .. probably wouldn’t stay again .. ok on expenses but there’s better

A nice welcome but not much of a view
Stayed here for one night before a meeting. I was initially given a room in the centre of the building with a view of a brick wall and no phone reception - but they were very happy to move me to a different one! Bed was comfy, it was all reasonably clean, and the welcome was good. The only downside was that my view became a bunch of meeting rooms, so the curtains stayed closed in the morning!

Really loved staying at this hotel, room was small but comfortable. All the staff were friendly and the bar area was really nice and relaxed. Central location everything in walking distance. My only little negative was that there was no cups/mugs in the room to make a hot drink only paper cups
