This hotel is absolutely petfect location really close to deansgate and arndale shopping centre. Rooms are modern, well decorated and comfortable. We had a room for 3 and was a little on the small size but ideal for everything else. Hotel is clean and modern and customer service was excellent with lovely friendly staff. The only downside is the room was far too hot for me, they did turn heating down but still abit too hot.

This is my second time staying here I believe. The hotel is very clean and modern. The reception staff are so nice and provide great customer service. I can’t fault this place, it’s so easy to check in and check out. It’s very very close to Manchester city centre, took me just a 5 minute walk to get there.

Great clean hotel , lovely staff . Not sure why the room was delux as it was basics, only 1 chair in the room not 2 , bed was comfortable, showers really good , breakfasts outstanding choices, meals in the restaurant was beautiful. Walking distance to AO We would definitely be back .
