Great property, convenient location for Piccadilly side of Manchester. Comfy beds, good size room, and a very much needed aircon to warm the room. A few minor niggles, but nothing worth listing. Managed to get checked in much earlier which was much appreciated, thanks Yannis.

We had a great stay and would definitely return. The only let down was the parsley stem body wash in the shower. Absolutely horrendous. I know its sustainable etc but it was really unpleasant

Hotel is nice and staff were very friendly. Needs a little fixing up in the room we had if you look closely. Breakfast was nice and had a fair choice. The rooms don't stop noise very well. Toilets flushing above were loud.People shouting and talking loudly in the halls all night & you could hear every word. Bed was way too soft. My back hurts after sleeping in it.

Excellent pre-Christmas break
We arrived far too early for check in but the staff still tried to find us a room. This wasn’t necessary as we were planning to explore the city. But as soon as we arrived the lobby, reception, and restaurant were all very well maintained and decorated charmingly for the Christmas period. Our room was spacious and comfy with tea, coffee, snacks and quality shower products provided. We ended up having our evening meal in the restaurant and both the service and food were great. Breakfast wasn’t quite so good due to the volume of guests waiting for hot food. Nether the less, the food on offer was still tasty. So overall we had a great trip, just a shame about the Manchester weather.

Position is really great, walkable from the train station. However, the size of the bed seems not standard. We booked a king size room but the bed is really not king size
