The check in was fast easy and very friendly helpful staff.highly recommended. The room was nice very clean but no charging points which was a surprise in this modern world. We would have liked a bigger tv.the room was cold even with the extra electric heater on.It would be nice also not to be charged for parking as youve paid for your room even if its added to your room price. Close to airport.

On the website it claimed there was a free airport shuttle service. This turned out not to be the case. Otherwise it was a very good hotel with an extended check-out and a brilliant breakfast included in the cost of the room.

It was the end of a business trip to the Manchester area and need to stay close to the airport. The room was good but it is not all that close to the airport and they do not have a shuttle service.

The receptionists were very efficient and friendly, room was a good size and clean. The bed was extremely soft, you sunk into it! The food was ok, nothing special but edible .

This hotel does not have a shuttle to the airport, but the reception desk staff were helpful and arranged for a taxi. The rooms are spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed. We ate dinner in the restaurant. It had a limited menu, but the food was good and they had some healthy options.

Great for an early morning fight from Manchester.
All members of staff who I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was hot, fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel for an early morning flight.
