It was a lovely Holiday Inn, beautifully decorated and well-kept and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly! Despite being near the highway, it wasn't noisy in the least! We slept very well!

The bed was very comfortable. I love having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The fridge is larger than some you see in hotel rooms, which is nice, but it was set too cold and it froze everything!

This was a work trip, we had reserved 3 separate rooms. Each of our rooms had issues. One the toilet wouldnt flush and didnt have hot water day 1. Another room had no hot water and the shower handle fell off. The other room had the lock/door card pass falling off the door. Check in was very uninformative, no information provided about services. Check out was amazing, the lady was super knowledgeable.

No hot water
On both days in the morning hot water was not available and all they could say was “Sorry”. If you TCB you should offer a discount or a coupon to induce another stay otherwise “I’m out!!”
