Sub-optimal

Two legs on one of the twin beds were broken, making it unstable. The toilet’s flush mechanism was unpredictable and there was terrible noises throughout the night from the air conditioning unit and/or water pipes. All in all, a terrible night’s sleep. Not at all what we had been expecting from the Hyatt.

Very good option in Manchester

Very good place in Manchester. Staff were very kind and smiley all the time, congrats for that! Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Food is good and my kids loved the breakfast buffet. The only issue was the noisy heating system. We got used to it after a couple of days, maybe it’s just that our room was next to the engine. Anyway we enjoyed our stay.
