Room was abit musty but they left window open. Could not sleep as the planes and cars in the parking lots were very noisy in the room. I will say though all the staff provided excellent customer service

No free shuttle bus
Staff very good. Unfortunately Asian restaurant was closed so we tried to get into restaurant. We were told walk ins had just stopped (around 7pm) so we asked if we could book and were told they had stopped taking bookings despite plenty of seats available so we had to sit in the bar. This was not ideal as there were very few seats and they were low and not comfortable for eating. Tried to order lasagne from the menu but was told there were no ingredients to make it? That being said the food we eventually had was good. Also no shuttle bus whereas the Clayton next door does a free shuttle. The Clayton rooms are also bigger/better.

Great stay. Room was very clean and comfortable and well fired out. Check in and out was good. Staff are exceptional especially check in staff namely Roksansa (I think that was her name). Food we had in the grill was not the best so next time we will try Sampans again as previously.

The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with nice products. It was good to be able to open the windows for fresh air. Lots of plugs available for charging etc and a desk. There is no complimentary shuttle. You’d need to pay, but Terminal 1 is an easy 5 minute walk if you’re not bogged down with luggage.

Pick up from airport difficult to arrange.
It was close to impossible to contact the hotel for a pick up from the airport as the only phone number required multiple options. Eventually someone got through and was told the pick up was on its way. 15 minutes later we gave up and walked to the hotel.

Very poor quality hotel, really dated decor that looks like it was a much cheaper hotel. Water was very cool, all in all not a good experience. We will not stay here again.

Very short stay over at Manchester airport as we had a very early flight . Lovely room and bathroom . Didn’t have a meal or time for breakfast . Only minor negative was the fridge in the room was lit but not cold and no way or turning the temp down
