Staff were nice and kitchen looked clean. My room was very dirty. Floor needed vacuuming and washing. Blood stains on curtains or something that looked like blood. Splattered white something on TV and pubic hairs on toilet. If I hadn't paid in advance through Expedia I would have walked out. If this review would let me attach photos, I would.

Checked in and our room had one unmade bed. Back to desk for different room. Room did not have full compliment of towels or a bath mat. There were no USB ports for our devices. Bathroom did not have shampoo. Hotel is ready for a makeover. Front desk staff was engaging and helpful. The cleaning staff were also helpful providing us with towels and bath mat the following morning.

The room was basic but the chair had stains on it. The room had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast in am was nothing special. Scrambled Eggs out of a bag. (Lots of chemicals probably). Cookies were given in the evening and the staff was nice and friendly.

Unimpressed with cleanliness, comfort, some staff
The breakfast buffet staff were mostly okay, one of the ladies was pushy and grabby, interrupting everything we tried to touch, stopping us from helping ourselves, and at one point literally stepping between us and the food and told us we had to wait. The room looked nice, until we noticed the thick layer of mold on the curtains, and what appeared to be old blood stains on everything. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, we slept awful.
