outdated and in need of some TLC

we have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years and each time we come back, the upkeep, cleanliness and comfort have declined, This was our last time staying here. we stayed 2 different times this trip and both times we found dried urine around the rim of the toilet where the lid attaches to the tank. This was in 2 different rooms. The carpets were stained and rooms dated. The evening front desk attendent was flat and unwelcoming, difficult to get a smile from. The beds are double and in need of replacement. The location is great, however there are several other options in Concord for a bit more money, that have convenient locations to downtown and the highway.

The room we checked into wasn't properly cleaned. The toilet seat was dirty, and beer bottle caps were found in the bathroom. The front desk staff was friendly and found us a new room. We had our dog with us for our stay. There were plenty of grassy areas to take the dog out. However, other dog owners did not clean up after their dogs, and cigarette butts throughout, making it hard for a puppy not to pick up something they shouldn't.

Very basic hotel. Chose this one over others because of the hot tub and sauna but upon check-in I was informed that were both out of order because of maintenance issues. Room is ok, bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean overall but you could see scars from many years of usage. Mold around borders, stains around wallpaper etc. Breakfast is included which is great, but the choices offered are super basic too. For instance eggs and bacon but no other protein. Waffle maker with syrup but no other topping etc. I travel for work and I have been to many hotels and don’t recommend this one. You are better off in the usual Hilton or Marriott groups.

Disappointing stay

Disappointed by the fact that we picked this hotel specifically for the hot tub but it was always under maintenance so we couldn’t use it. Also the pool was very cloudy. Small rooms and baths not the cleanest.

Room was not clean I have pictures of how it looked. People were smoking in the rooms when we complained the front desk person said they couldn’t do anything. Pool, sauna and hot tub all out of order. Tiles taped up on wall. Came back to hotel and there were 3 police cars there. No explanation of why. The list goes on.

The hotel was not in a good shape but you get what you paid . Staff is very nice and friendly ! Pool wasn’t working the first day , 2nd day it was fixed but hot tub and sauna weren’t working so we were disappointed. Overall if you need cheap but normal hotel , comfort inn is for you.

In need of maintenance!

Our room 210 had a broken window latch so cold air 10° was coming in and it was noisy. Each time the heat clicked on it sounded like a jet engine , until the unit died early am. The pool and jacuzzi were not open. I told the front desk at check out and they said thank you ( no sorry for your inconvenience) No fruit at all fry or breakfast. They need a microwave in the area because the “eggs” and sausage were barely warm. We use to frequent this hotel , this is definitely our last stay. Back to Marriott’s

Never staying here again

The person was the phone lied about the pet fee and said no deposit. Show up theres a $50 deposit and $20 a night for a dog. Which they hotel btw says pet friendly its only dog friendly no other pets and was very rude

Roon was clean. We were welcome with our two dogs. Breakfast had a good selection. Good hpurs on pool use. Choose this place for hot tub and it was broken or in maintenance the entire time.

We payed 145 for 1 night to stay here and we get there check in go to room and room is cold so I turn the heat up .Then go out for dinner come back and still cold in room .Go to front desk and they reset breaker and still didn’t help they move me to other room same in other room no heat and temps were 7 degrees out side .they didn’t offer any money back or a free stay for another time at one of there places . Other guests had the same problem.

Comfortable Thanksgiving night stay

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, decent hot breakfast (always appreciated), but my only knock is that the bathroom needed some updating. It was clean just old.
