Blood on the curtains. Blood on the carpet. So much blood… Tv was wonky & hanging off the wall. Smashed glass in the picture frame in the wall. Smell of sewerage coming out of the shower drain. Noisy room right next to the elevators. Like a scene out of a horror movie.

Excellent hotel. Will stay here again.
I really liked this hotel. It was clean and fresh. It was central to all the places that I needed to go. Room size was excellent. The breakfasts had plenty of variety on the buffet. The bed was very comfortable. I will be staying here again in March 2025.

Lovely hotel. Checkout a little inflexible.
Any bad reviews for this hotel are totally unjustified in my view. Staff very friendly on checkin and throughout. Lovely hotel. Only negative experience was when we asked for slightly later check out due to running late we were told we would have to pay for an extra hour. As the hotel has hundreds of rooms and housekeeping was nowhere near our room I found this pedantic and jobsworthy but I suppose rules are rules. I would definitely return still 😀

The hotel is located in the town center, making it easy for me to go shopping and dining with my friend within walking distance. The hotel looks new, and they arranged for me to stay on a higher floor as I requested. It was a great experience for me, and the price was worth it.

A perfect place to stay for a visit to Manchester, situated a short walk from Piccadilly Gardens its perfect to easy travel around manchester. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming and the rooms were top quality. Only one downside was the lack of a small fridge in the room but i can forgive that. All in all a great stay and would definitely use again
