Probably the worst stay in a hotel ever, only booked this hotel to pretty much get ready in and sleep in, after I come back from this event to get some sleep, the bathroom was flooded from the room above and it took hours to sort out a new room when it was 5am, no one was quick about sorting and can honestly say I won’t be staying there again.

Can't believe they wanted our passports and wanted a tourist tax. We're from Hull. Advertised free WiFi. It isn't. Very very noisy. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

The hotel looks impressive on arrival but rooms are tired. We had issues with the room next door who returned at 4am and started banging on the wall and shouting. Despite contacting the night concierge this wasn’t dealt with and my husband had to get out of bed at 5am and go down to reception to ask for support again. When this was mentioned on check out there was no apologies or appropriate customer service

À fabulous staircase makes the place look really elegant. Well situated, great transport options and good value for money make this a perfect base for a short break in Manchester.

the doorman for the night time was extremely rude and wouldn't let us in for what felt like 10 minutes because he said we haven;t signed in when we already had out door cards and gave all the names that he needed. Put a bit of a damper on what was an amazing night in a lovely hotel.
