Fue una experiencia no agradable. Ofrecen piscina y la tienen cerrada. El cuarto donde me quedé tenía pelo la bañera. Las cortinas no se podían casi abrir. El piso sucio y las sábanas manchada. Pérdida de dinero y cuando pedí para late check out me lo dieron para las 11:30am no me gustó no regresaré y no lo recomiendo tampoco. Y para el precio que cobran y no dan los servicios correcto. El perdonar de cocina eran amable pero nadie más.

I booked a night in the room with the jetted tub. We went specifically for the jacuzzi. It seemed perfect, swimming pool and another Jacuzzi in the pool area. Long story short, the water in the jetted tub in our room was orange. (The staff said “it’s just iron) Went to the pool area to find their jacuzzi has been permanently closed. Online photo shows the jacuzzi without disclosing that it is shut down for good. This was a very displeasing evening away from the kids. I believe a refund is appropriate.

If advertise a pool it should work or No pic !!!!

Pool and hot tub were out ( always happens to me !) 😔 nothing was written about it in the add on here. The booking page on here should have something that tells u this …rather than finding out upon arrival . Room had so many little broken issues. All mcguyverd together it needs to be updated real bad all in all it was a ok stay with a casino down the road

How about the fact that our reservation wasn't honored and no one had the decency to even send us an email let alone make a phone call. My wife and nine year old daughter drove almost four hours only to find out that we didn't have a room. You've got some great communication Expedia and Best Western. I can't even explain how angry and disappointed I am David Goguen

We like the location and a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were closed and no discount or upgrade for the inconvenience. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
