The property & lobby were clean and well lit. Easy check in but could not change rooms. However, once in my room the bathroom towels were gray not white and the shower had mold on the trimming and doors. Didn’t expect this considering the high cost per night.

The Hyatt in Manati, Puerto Rico was the highlight of my retirement vacation! The staff were wonderful and very attentive. The establishment was beautiful and coveniently located for fun and fare. It is definitely worth a visit.

This is my second visit to this hotel. Me my sister and my niece came here to enjoy a girls trip for a week. We enjoy it so much so i came here again for my 7th weddings anniversary with my husband for 5 days On 04/03/25 I was so disappointed with the staff and the breakfast. I told my husband he would be so amazed by the staff and the food, but to our surprise it was nothing like i remember when it came to the staff they overlooked us many time when we came down to purchase items and were not friendly to us. We did not feel welcome at all. I could not believe how a beautiful hotel could change so much in a few years. We will be staying in San Jaun on our next visit.

Great Stay

The Hyatt Place Manati is a very nice hotel. We had a great stay! The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complain I have is that for a Hyatt Hotel the bath towels should be much thicker and washed with a bit of Clorox to brighten them up and downy to soften them up a bit.

Problem..They gave us a room handicap. And the ac in the room was not as cold. Have stayed many of time .. Everything was excellent. But this time we had that problem. We stayed in the room because we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms.
