Ordered food from the room. Understandable that they don’t do room service but They forgot to call us to pick it at the bar. We called again to check on the food we ordered. They said it is ready and about to call us. The food was cold.

Individual responsible for check-in that day did not seem to be happy that they were working. It is much nicer when checking in and you have someone greet you in a warm manner.

We liked everything except the tv. We could not get channels that were important to us. We were there for the Solheim Cup. We couldn’t get NBC to watch the afternoon. We twice had someone look at it and each time were told sorry they didn’t know what was wrong. That was unacceptable.

Decent accommodations, clean rooms.
Prefer 12:00 p.m. check out, but understand city ordinance may have something to do with it. No free breakfast, seems cheap to me. Cleaning staff deserves recognition for a good job cleaning the rooms.
