The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do not speak Spanish and they always helped find someone who did. I did not know that all hotels do not have washcloths. That was very surprising for someone who grew up using a washcloth every day. Next time I will take wash clothes. They were very helpful arranging a taxi to the airport.

Our travels are mostly for medical reasons. The hotel is conveniently located . We can walk to the hospital which saves us on taxi fares. Also the rates are great.

Los cuartos estaban muy orrible la atención del atención al cliente pésima lo unico bueno las mujeres de limpieza que tienen una atención bueno y no tienes accesos al parqueo y eso que es grande y el de seguridad de la noche no copera con el cliente..... gracias pero buscaria otro hotel
