Our stay was excellent, however be aware when making reservations here for this property. We have twice had extra charges that we had to point out. This time it was just a supposed tax on one room that was not on the other. The previous time they said kids breakfast was not included but our kids were 14 and 17 and we considered them the other adult in the room, but since we honeslty answered the room questions they were going to charge extra for the kids even though 2 adults would be included. The rooms are nice, The pool is great, the service is excellent. Do bring your bug spray we got bit bad at dinner on the patio, but in general the stay was wonderful

I've been going to Camino Real for 14 years and that last one was my worst stay ever. Their wonderful pool was out of service all 3 days I spent in the hotel and it wasn't mentioned prior booking. WIFI had some issues and I found hair in my bed. While being naked in my room some staff member broke into my room, opened the door with her own key, apologized and shut it again. Can't figure out from their system that this room is occupied?

Spacious and clean but pool closed!
More contemporary and spacious rooms than the Best Western BUT the pool was drained! I would have definitely chosen a different hotel had I known as I stayed 2 nights coming from Alaska!

We loved the staff at this property. Pablo, shuttle and luggage, and Emilio bar were absolutely exceptional. We stayed 4 times over 3 weeks, it felt like coming home.
