The staff of this hotel are incredibly nice and attentive if you’re not satisfied with breakfast they could actually offer you an alternative it happened to me only once so I don’t know if this is a regular thing but my hotel room was spacious clean everyday and full of what I needed well done HDI express Managua

I highly recommend this hotel. The entire property is clean, and the staff-from the front desk, housekeeping and management are friendly, caring and professional. The breakfast buffet is great offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this property.

THIRD VISIT HERE WAS AVERAGE, NOT AS POSITIVE AS PREVIOUS STAYS Positives: Check-in was seamless. Staff was very pleasant. Lobby was clean and nicely designed. Included breakfast was very good, with lots of options. Beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable. Washroom is well-lit and a good size, especially for a family. Negatives: Carpet in room was quite dirty, way beyond what it should be. No soap in the washroom soap dispenser. Stayed only one night so we used the shower soap dispenser. No more hair dryer in the bathroom (was there on our previous visits). Corridors on our floor were super freezing cold because of the AC. It made no sense why the common area corridors were so freezing cold. As a result, I believe this affected the temperature in the rooms. The rooms were slightly cooler than being outdoors, but not cool enough to go without AC. You then had to set the AC in the room quite low to cool it off and the room then quickly became too cold. The thermostat also seemed inaccurate and difficult to program properly. It was just very strange that we could not get the room at a comfortable temperature using the Auto settings. It was our third stay here in the last two years and our least enjoyable. Lots of little issues added up to a very average to below experience.

I've stayed 5 times already. This hotel is my favorite due to being near Galerias Santo Domingo which is a mall with many good food options. The only issues I think should be corrected: 1- Shower curtain is too short so water always comes out from below. Need a longer shower curtain as the ledge between shower and outside of it is too shallow. 2- Floor in shower is slippery, please put anti-slip mats to avoid any accident 3- Stains in carpet around bed were pretty visible 4- Humidity levels were uncomfortably high in the room, and there was a modly/musty smell. Even when AC was full blown at 20ºC, the humidity levels were high that the sheets felt a bit wet. 5- First day, the hand towel had stains.

Aunque es de las pocas opciones que valen la pena en Managua, realmente el estado del edificio cada vez es peor. Alfombras viejas y manchadas por humedad, decoración anticuada, pantallas de TV de las habitaciones viejas, mal servicio de wifi. Siendo de lo poco que ofrece la ciudad en condiciones de locación, deberían de cuidar mucho más los detalles.
