The hotel is super nice and clean. The staff is super pleasant. I did not stay. At the hotel on the day I bought through expedia, i got the wrong date. And I had to pay out of my pocket for a ride date to stay at the hotel expedia, never help me. Expedia is the worst. They only charged me and I never used the hotel, they was not able to help me changing the dates. Horrible expedia

I stay at his best western every time I come to Nicaragua there is nothing bad that I can say about this place. The beds are wonderful. AC is excellent Breakfast is the ultimate in the morning I will be returning time and time again. Staff is excellent also and for the price you cannot beat this hotel. I give it a five star.

Right across the street from the airport. Beautiful property with nice amenities. The room was clean. We had issues with the toilet in the room that were never resolved .we needed to use the lobby bathroom which was inconvenient. The tile in the shower was very slippery when wet.

Terrible, it’s like staying in a small cabin rather than in a hotel room, you can find motel rooms way better that this so call hotel in Managua. Terrible experience, my phone is bigger that the flat tv lol.
