Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was quite old, needed improvement especially bathroom. Toilet seat had a crack on it, no fan, tub needs replacement and floors and microwave were not clean.

I stayed here Monday through Thursday and they Never cleaned the room. The place is really run down and shabby. There were disgusting stains on the chair seats in my room. It was cheap so, I guess you get what you pay for.

The mold on the shower was pretty disgusting but overall the facility served it's purpose. Jacuzzi should be up and running. Front staff was friendly and helpful.

Some of the reviews here scared me, but it is a very doable place. We wanted to spend less money on our hotel and more exploring mammoth and eating out. If you’re used to really high end places, this may be out of your comfort zone. I grew up staying at similar places in Santa Cruz so this was perfect for us. It’s a killer location. It is pretty outdated but the room was very clean; freshly mopped, I really like how the room had all flooring instead of carpet. The people at the front desk were very nice. As long as the prices continue to stay low, I’d stay here again.

Room with 2 queens very spacious. Equipped with everything you need for a brief stay. Walking distance to village and other dinning options. Great for a quick ski trip get away. Nothing fancy but definitely convenient.

Do not go if you are looking for a clean place

The property is in a bad shape. Needs upgrad. Rooms are not clean with molds in the bathroom. Sink was clogged. The cleaners don’t even clean drawers. There was a very old can of beef soup! Disgusting bathroom. We didn’t take shower due to mould!

It was my first time staying here. The rooms were huge. Fridge and microwave were convenient. The inside wasn't clean. There was hair on the shower walls and the floors needed to be swept and washed. Parking was tight.
