Stayed with family with a double and twin room. Both nice. Tea and coffee making facilities and en suites. Great cooked breakfasts - lots of choices. Lift available - some single steps between levels. Central for Malvern shops, theatre.

My stay at the hotel was more than I expected service was great and staff went above an beyond to help in anyway they could ,could of done with a little bit more detail to cleanliness in rooms regarding mirrors work surfaces but apart from that you had everything you needed beds were clean and never once felt uncomfortable in the slightest and breakfast was superb I would recommend this hotel to anyone very under rated look forward to going back great job guys xxxx

Lovely hotel in the middle of Great Malvern
Just a one night stay, but the hotel is a nice, old building with friendly staff. Decent lift up to my third floor bedroom. Think I had a King-Size room and it was comfortable, with a good bed, desk, smart TV. Coffee and biscuits provided, and the sweets were a nice touch. Good, large bathroom and shower. Breakfast the next day was very good. I had the museli and a cooked breakfast. Homemade museli was first rate, and the cooked breakfast also high quality. Portion size also generous, really sets you up for the day. Owners Jeremy and Rani are friendly and I get the impression would go out of their way to ensure guests have a nice stay. Jeremy's banter with the guests while taking breakfast orders was funny and a nice way to start the day. Great location too, two minutes walk from the Abbey. So, all in all, recommended!

A retro hotel but a very high standard. Excellent food - the pies are not too e missed! A good Bar area. Really good breakfast. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Malvern area

Really nice hotel to stay in. The staff and room were excellent and bar meal and breakfast really good. The location was excellent with coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and great shops all around. The parking at the hotel is tight so glad we only have a small car. We are looking forward to returning soon

When I saw it was only 2 star I thought no way but after reading the reviews I thought it sounds pretty good and I wasn’t disappointed. It was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, en-suite was great and had everything we needed to make a great stay with a great breakfast to boot. Staff were also very good 😊

It's lovely to stay at an independent hotel rather than one of the chains, and this hotel retains the age and character of it's surroundings. Our room was large and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. From the quirky staircases to the charasmatic manager, this was a joy to stay in. Breakfast was outstanding, definately not the greasy help yourself job that is so common now. Parking is a little challenging, especially if your car is on the longer side, but that just reflects the nature of the town, and we were able to park a short distance away for a small fee. Would definitely come here again!

Breakfast superb, range of ales at bar excellent, dinner excellent quality. We booked 2 singles, but as were used to wider beds at home, the early part of the night was a bit uncomfortable.
