Beautiful hotel which is just 2 years old . Love the spacious property - the lobby and pool area was really nice . Staff are extremely friendly and will go all out to serve you Only setback was the plumbing system in our room which wasn’t fixed until the 3rd and last day of our stay. However we got an upgrade as compensation

This is my first stay at Marriot Courtyard. Reception staff were friendly. Had a wonderful experience with clean and spacious room, bed was super comfortable, Pretty good variety of buffet breakfast items. Will certainly visit again.

Comfortable room, near impeccable service

We enjoyed our top-floor room with water view. Parking was hassle-free. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and I would have said impeccable, except for chef Azim who seemed to lack candour when asked why our fish and chip was missing the malt vinegar stated in the menu. Kudos to Abie from front desk for trying hard to remedy the situation. Shoutout also to Prabin who was pleasant and helpful in onboarding us, and to Emmanuel for his enthusiastic talk about food at the hotel. Ah yes, the hotel is near local eateries and a laundromat.

This is an excellent hotel. I was really surprised how good it was. My experience of Marriott's generally has not been good. This one is outstanding. Comfortable clean rooms, good housekeeping, good location, helpful staff and excellent and well priced food offerings. Lovely pool area and gym. I would stay there again and definitely recommend.

Wonderful staff

Exceptionally friendly staff 10/10 for hospitality. Rooms are smaller than the competition, such as Doubletree. As for breakfast, I categorize hotels into those that provide fresh juices and coffee from coffee machines and those that provide commercially processed juice drinks and instant coffee. Well this hotel provides coffee machines but the juices are all processed.

The room is spacious and clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The only downside is that the walls and doors are slightly thin, so we could hear people returning to their rooms and occasional water pipe noises.

Poor maintenance amd cleanliness

Dissapointed with the poor management of this hotel, despite it is one of the latest additon of branded hotel in Melaka. The room is bare minimal and the bathroom is full of molds at the fringe and not maintained. Marriott needs to keep up to its brand!

It was new, clean and comfortable. I booked 3 rooms of which one room had the bathtub shower which was poorly design, very high and dangerous for both kids and adults. The other 2 which were normal showers were fine. Opt for that instead. Service wise excellent
