Our stay at the Stables Courtyard rooms was excellent. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the wonderful staff in all areas of the property. The reception staff were very polite and friendly, and gave us all the information we needed for our stay and our wristbands for free entry to the Castle and grounds. Julie in the restuarant was really lovely - great personality and a high level of customer service. The dinner and breakfast were delicious - lots of choice in the buffet with also a menu of freshly cooked hot food. The ground and castle staff were also very helpful and courteous. I can't fault anything about our stay.

A very enjoyable vist
From the moment we checked in to when we checked out our stay there was very enjoyable the first thing you notice is how friendly and helpful the staff who work there are, our room was large very clean and had everything you needed in it, the castle was interesting to look round, the grounds were nice I would imagine in the summer they would be even more so, for a bit of fun I would recommend a visit to the maze it's big and the groto at the end of it is good, if I lived nearer to Leeds castle I would visit it a lot .

Lovely setting. Check in staff were lovely and so helpful.1st night was kept awake from the noise from adjoining rooms so not good. They had obviously checked out for our second night so was much better. Room was spotless with some lovely touches such as chocolates. 1st days breakfast was fab however at our second breakfast there was no self service hot food which personally i prefer but the options cooked to order were fine. The continental choice was great if not somewhat depleted on our second day but staff were more than accommodating when we asked for items that had run out. Complementary entrance to the castle and grounds was an excellent bonus. I all it was a fab short break at an amazing location.

Absolutely loved our stay. We stayed in the Fairbanks room and it was so comfortable and luxurious. Definitely want to come and stay again. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was finding the Broomfield entrance. The what three words sent us to a different entrance. Other than that the stay was perfect

We stayed in the Shannon room which was clean spacious and characterful. It was just over the courtyard from the restaurant which was very convenient. The restaurant was great with delicious food and the view was superb. The restaurant manager on when we dined was called Will and he was excellent. We were very well attended to and he was super friendly helpful and professional. Overall a very enjoyable stay indeed.

Room was very clean and bigger than expected , good service at reception. Use of facilities on site was an added bonus. Only complaint was that we went and spoke to restuarant about booking table for dinner to be told none available, only to see that restaurant half full when we walked past around 8pm. Everything else excellent and would highly recommend to others.

Top notch service and grounds
The service at this hotel was top notch! We stayed in the stable grounds for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. The guest services were very polite and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and the servers were very thoughtful, especially when we needed to bring back food to our room. There is a lot of activities on the grounds for kids to do. The playground is designed like a castle and 4 levels high. There is a boat ride, an obstacle course, train ride, a golf course, a birds of prey exhibit, and much more. We loved our stay here and would definitely be back.
