The hotel is not at all like the pictures online they must of been taken a long time ago. The room was small didn't looked very clean. The radiator was on and was missing the valve to turn it off so we asked at reception they said they would get someone to turn it off but nothing happened it was still on when we returned so had to sleep with the windows open which then was noisy. On arrival no one was at the reception we had to call the bell and on leaving today the staff were unprofessional with there feet up on the desk not very good customer service really. Especially saying you will get something fixed tben it doesn't happen. I never write feedback like this it was the worst place I have stayed in many years.

Room was very basic and small, really felt uncomfortable. There was marks over the wall near bed area and the shower did not work and bath was so small

Stay as last resort

Room was small and cold. Lighting was dreadful and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. Food was served in a room resembling a school canteen certainly not a restaurant

Ok for a one night budget stay.

Hotel chosen as most local to event we were attending. Accepted that room at hotel would be basic. Bed large and comfotable, clean sheets and pillow cases. Clean fluffy white towels. Hot shower. Very polite friendly staff. Room quiet and slept well. However room smelt of stale tobacco. Needed decorating. Fixtures and fittings all old and worn. Cobwebs visible at high level.

Very tried hotel

Stayed in room 11. Riddled with bugs!! Bitten all over. I nearly lost a finger with the swelling. Had to get ring cutoff. Hotel not bothered to even contact me. They really don't care. I will never stay there again! You have been warned!!

We where over the road at their 'other building' which is not staffed and given a front door key. The toilet was blocked, window latches broken and handles on side and bin in bathroom left full. I complained and the staff member was lovely and changed our room. The new room was cleaner but a double mattress on a kingsize bed frame and the room was dusty and had light fittings missing. Not a pleasant stay and would not return. Only saving grace was the staff.
