All the reception desk people were pleasant and helpful. When my party had takeout food we sat in the breakfast area and the 2 reception desk people got us plastic cups, napkins , paper plates and plastic utensils. Definitely would stay here again Only complaint the pool was closed. Rooms were very clean

The beds were clean and comfy, the pool was awful and mediocre cleanliness, we stopped for 1 night with the kids on the road to Washington DC thinking it would be great to bring the kids to the pool... We couldn't even jump in, it was so dirty we went for a walk.

STOMPED OVER MY HEAD!
Room 211 stomped over my head for over 10 hours. I could not sleep or study. I tried calling the front desk but the TELEPHONE in the room does NOT work. I couldn’t call for help! So I went to the front desk at 6:30am spoke to Rick. He made them stop but could not compensate my UNCOMFORTABLE STAY! Besides they placed me in a HANDICAP room! I failed my STATE EXAM because I could not concentrate!

It was a pleasant hotel. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice . Coffee pots in the lobby had lukewarm cofee. Maybe just because was in the early morning.

Needs a good cleaning and some updates
Stayed here to while attending a family reunion. We booked 6 rooms for the weekend. The rooms could’ve used a good cleaning, air fresheners and a few updates. The breakfast was sub par at best. We stay at Hampton Inns all the time, this one needs a revamp. However, the front desk staff was excellent! They were very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our very large crowd. Matt was awesome!
