staff was terrible. Guy at check in was a complete hole in the bu.t.t. barely gave any instructions or said anything at all. his only concern was to sell breakfast for the following morning. very rude. seemed bothered by the guests presence. room was hot. we tried using the AC and it didn’t work. Tried calling the lobby and no one answered. we were literally there for 7 hours max since we checked in late and were leaving early. had to open the windows to cool the room down some. save your money and go somewhere else. oh, and they charge for parking…. go figure.

I never received instructions on how to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They blamed Expedia, saying reservations made through this platform are not their responsibility, as if we were not their clients also.

El servicio del transporte que ofrecen desde el aeropuerto es pésimo, solo tienen una furgoneta pequeña y al final tuvimos que coger taxi desde el aeropuerto y desde el hotel. El colchón esta vencido, nada comfortable y no hay servicio de comida cuando llegamos al hotel super atrasados por culpa de que no tomamos el transporte No es lo que venden

The staff was excellent. At the end of the day, it's an airport property and not a 5-star hotel. Its clean and serves its purpose. Cannot say enough good things about staff and breakfast. Lobby was also very nice/very well kept. I was shocked at how beautiful the breakfast was. I work in a hotel and executing a buffet at that level is extremely difficult, so it wasn't unnoticed. Furniture in rooms is cheap but again, airport property - to be expected.

Reasonable price for 2 BR suite
The room (2 BR suite) was excellent, but due to strange numbering system was difficult to find. Not in sequence with other rooms. The suite was no smoking, but the hallways leading to the suite wreaked of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, the smell didn’t get into the room. There’s a shuttle to the airport, but it took so long to go around the terminal, that I should have taken a taxi

I wouldn’t classify this property as an “airport hotel”. It was a bit outdated and the walls and doors were very thin. Kids from a futbol team were staying at the hotel and made noise ALL NIGHT. After coming off a red eye flight and wanting to sleep, this hotel did not provide that. The area around the hotel is also quite questionable. You will have to take a taxi or bolt or Uber to the downtown Madrid area, as there are no dining options or shopping nearby. However, the front desk personnel was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was adequate and the airport transportation to/ from the hotel was reliable. Be sure to contact the hotel prior to your arrival to arrange airport transportation pickup.

The hotel's shuttle bus didn't have a set schedule for the afternoon travelers. I had to wait 4 hours until it picked me up from the airport. The hotel is located in an industrial zone. There was some construction jobs around the hotel. Not able to explore the area since there was nothing within walking distance. I really like the restaurant. It had great variety of Spanish cuisine.
