Booked this hotel recently and the A/C in the room was not working (blowing hot air) and front desk wanted me to wait until next morning for maintenance guy to fix it. Had to cancel my reservation upon arrival and move to another hotel since I was not willing to sleep uncomfortable during my vacations. Got denied refund by hotel and by Expedia as well.

Great place for a short trip

It was a nice little 72 hour get away. And this place was just what we needed. Everything was nearby (la gran via) shopping and some quick eats. Really enjoyed the stay

Great location and helpfull staff. Rooms have everything you need but kind of small and very little privacy inside. Hotel is near important landmarks and many restaurants near by.

Paid nearly $200 per night. Stain on bed sheet, no fitted sheet over mattress, and absolutely disgusting old pillows. We had a double economy room so expectations were low, but not this low. Nothing like the photos online.

Excelente opción para quedarse y bien céntrico

Lugar bien centrico, muchos restaurantes y shopping alrededor, no ofrecen desayuno pero tienes muchas opciones, en el lobby hay un coffee shop, cuarto limpio, baño un poco sin privacidad es como baño tipo closet pero esta bien para una pareja o solo traveler! Me encanto bien cerca de la estacion de metro opera, cerca del mercado san miguel, la plaza mayor entre otrol.

Very disappointed that my important request to have a disabled-access room for my elderly, disabled parents was not fulfilled. I did not know at the time of booking that the disabled-access room costs more. The hotel also wrote back to my request stating that they would ensure they would have such a room. It was not good enough to suggest, upon arrival, that my parents could change rooms halfway through their stay, as that would be hugely inconvenient to them. Please consider this feedback in terms of the health and safety, and risk management, for disabled and elderly guests. Otherwise the hotel is very well located and the cafe inside the hotel is great.
