The location is in La Gran Via. Very crowded! Thousands of people walking in side walks. Taxi dropping or picking up is slightly aggressive. There is no doorman to do it. Having said that, staff is super friendly, roof top bar and breakfast is very nice.

Great for Couples, Not Ideal for Families

We recently stayed here and while the hotel has some great qualities, it’s definitely not the most kid-friendly option. Room service ends at midnight, which can be tough when traveling with a toddler. We were also told there were no stairs, but that wasn’t true—you have to take the stairs from the first to the second floor before reaching the elevator, which was frustrating with a stroller. The room itself was very tight, especially with a baby crib inside—there was barely any space to move around. There was also a broken light strip on the side and noticeable black marks on the wall, which made the room feel a bit worn. That said, the breakfast offered was actually very good, and I would still recommend this hotel for couples or solo travelers. Just not ideal for families with young children.

The Location was perfect. Shopping, restaurants, churches, transportation all with in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. They provide toiletries of good quality. They have restaurants within the hotel with an amazing view. They can store your luggage upon arrival until check in. Would definitely stay there again.
