Very new. Was clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Airport shuttle was efficient. Suggestion-have small shelf in shower for toiletries. And facial tissue. Other than that. We would return when in the area.

This property is like new; we liked the outdoor pool on the 6th floor and the room bathroom. We didn't like the fact that there was no water to drink in the room and nowhere else's except the restaurant for purchase. The restaurant is very limited in term of food variety and they want to charge you for parking which should be included and a free breakfast, too.

Checking was horrendous , it took hours , the airport shuttle arrived and there seemed to be no expectation that there might be passengers on it, so there was one very slow check in attendant Yet there seemed to be a staff of 1000s around the check in not helping Would not recommend IBIS

This hotel was great in regard to location because it is close to the airport. The stay was comfortable and clean. However, don’t book this hotel for the airport shuttle. Regardless of being ready and waiting in the designated spot almost 10 minutes before departure, the shuttle had already left, with the next one being 45 minutes in the future.

They didn't answer direct messages to them on multiple days. I asked them about their advertised airport shuttle 3 days before arrival then again 1 day before arrival and no response. So I ended up getting an uber. Once I arrived they had the schedule for the shuttle on their counter. We had four people checking in and four staff but three staff serving one couple. Ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes to check in. Poor service

I arrived at 11:50 AM and check-in was at 2PM. This was not communicated by Expedia. I was requested to wait two hours, but they let me into a room only 25 minutes later. The staff was wonderful. There is unfortunately no USB ports in the room, but two short blocks away was a retail store, Maxi China, where I purchased an adapter to charge my devices. They comped an €11 breakfast upon checkout which was lovely. Nice place with great staff, always smiling.

Reasonable price and is ideal for the airport. Public transport is possible into the centre but is not direct. There were some eateries around the area too.

My room was great. The breakfast is co amazing. The bartender ignores you; I’m not sure why. And the hostess in charge of breakfast should do a little more to remember faces when you come to breakfast. Walking away for a moment shouldn’t require you to check in again
