Traveling as a family with kids is never easy, however the staff in this hotel were super friendly and kind, from the moment we were picked up by the shuttle bus, the driver helped us with the bags, then the bellboy offer us help carrying our bags all the way to the room, and the personnel at the lobby were very efficient with check in. Room was spacious and hotel overall looks well maintained. No complains at all about this hotel.
